A Qualified Franchise

In a previous post, I drew attention to the inherent failings of Democracy and suggested a Meritocracy, based on a qualified franchise. To change without knowing what the new system is an unsatisfactory approach and simply a step into the dark.
Yes we all want to see the end of the ANC and its botched attempts at government. This post suggests a scenario, a possible blue print, a means by which a proper and sustainable stage is reached.
All governments depend on the electorate, with the exception of those who simply attain power by force and examples of these are legion.

Who is illegible to vote

Persons under the age of 18 years, Those in prison or detained on the date of an election, The mentally infirm, the insane and anyone else who is unfit to understand the reason and the responsibility to vote. Non citizens are barred.

Who is to be considered eligible to vote

All citizens of the country regardless of race, religion and ethnicity who are who are of a certain age eg 18 years and not prohibited as above shall have have a minimum of 1 vote.

Extra votes shall be allocated to the citizen as follows

Passing a Matriculation Exam in full 1 vote
Completion of a term of voluntary National Service 1 vote
Completing a recognised apprenticeship 1 vote
Obtaining a University degree (3 years) 1 vote
Obtaining post graduate degree 1 vote
Payment of personal tax at or above a certain level 1 vote
Employment of ten or more people as a sole proprietor 1 vote

In this example a person could have up to 8 votes. Is this unfair ?, liberals would contend that it is but the reality is that a system of this type would benefit the country, the state and the individual. People who do not wish to better themselves or better society do not deserve to fully participate in that society. This system recognises the one man one vote concept but also recognises the fact that all men are not equal.

White Genocide in SA ?? Yes.......

Mention the word “Genocide” in polite liberal politically correct society and you will be met with such comments as “Yes, isn’t it awful what they are doing in Rwanda/Darfur etc. Mention Genocide, silently and deliberately aimed at certain South African population groups and you will probably be met with derision. No, it could not happen and anyone who suggests otherwise is simply deranged or deluded.

So, is what is happening in today’s South Africa, genocide or simply far right hysteria aimed at eliciting sympathy?

Let us define Genocide or if you prefer Ethnocide or cultural genocide. The arbiter of rational thought and objective clear thinking, the UN in its inevitable wisdom does not define Genocide but uses the terms with gay abandon.

Genocide: The unlawful intentional destruction by physical or emotional means of a particular race/ethnic/national or religious group of persons.

Ethnocide: A component of Genocide is the destruction of the discrete group by removal of its identity, values and culture.

The situation in South Africa is therefore Genocide and Ethnocide is just one facet of the whole infernal creature.

Evidence of Genocide

The first and most significant act of cultural genocide was the removal of the National Flag and its replacement with some piece of cloth. This was a snub to all the whites, and a subtle statement of intent as to the future.

The abandonment and trivialisation of the Afrikaans language in schools, government departments and in the workplace.

The replacement of traditional city names, streets, monuments and Universities with government approved names of former “Freedom Fighters”, criminals and obscure and little known figures. D’Urban is referred to as Thekwini, Jan Smuts Airport is now O Tambo International, the list is endless. Every instance removes, denigrates and intentionally belittles some part of the White groups self-perception, identity and pride.

The eviction of the whites by the deliberate creation of an intolerable state of affairs eg Crime, taxes discriminatory employment practises, land seizures, forced emigration, differing educational requirements for university admission etc.

Removal of effective local government and police and the stringent bureaucracy that makes legal firearm possession effectively impossible.

Removal of white personnel from the military.

Since the anc’s accession there have been well in excess of 2000 farm murders, committed mainly upon the Afrikaans sector. The anc has connived in these crimes by failing to provide proper rural protection, disbanding the commando system and by adopting a policy of constructive indifference to reality. The purpose of these atrocities is to intimidate and subdue the population, to eliminate them either on the land or remove them from the land. Evidence of this aspect of the genocide is widely available and documented.

This Genocide is a silent malignancy that can strike at random across the country. It cannot be realistically compared with the production line horror of Auschwitz, but every victim has to face his or her own terrors in the knowledge that like Bergen Belsen and Auschwitz this Genocide is silently State sanctioned. The world looks on with politically correct indifference, immune to gratuitous violence, anaesthetised by soap operas and poisoned by the video game burger culture.

African Psychopathy

In psychiatry, there exists a diagnostic entity variously known as
psychopath, sociopath and antisocial personality disorder. The central
feature of this disorder is the failure to develop any ethical standards
of social behaviour, The concept of "do unto others as you would have
them do unto you" is foreign to the psychopath and is replaced by "do
unto others as it pleases you regardless of consequences." The cause of
such behaviour is uncertain and may be genetic in origin, the result of
an early developmental trauma, or a combination of the two. The
outstanding feature is that the psychopath has a natural talent for
using and exploiting others and does so with such skill that its true
motives remain concealed by ingratiating ways and apparent normality. At
some point the bubble bursts and the victim awakens to the reality that
they have been taken. An analogy between an individual psychopath and a
government behaving as a psychopathic entity is frighteningly real in
the South Africa of today.

The Diagnostic Criteria

1. A failure to conform to social norms with regard
to lawful behaviour as indicated by repeatedly performing acts that are
prima facie criminal.

Comment: This is true for some psychopaths but not all. Many manage to
live a long and parasitic life, avoid prison and die quietly of old age.
Corrupt governments exceed acceptable social norms. They seek out or
create loopholes in the law, and walk away from their acts utterly
indifferent to the consequences.

2. Deceitfulness as indicated by repeated lying, use of contrived
excuses and fraudulent behaviour.

Comment: Fraud lies at the heart of psychopathy. Lying consciously or
unconsciously is the instrument by means of which a psychopath
establishes a rapport with his victim. He promises the world tomorrow.

3 Impulsivity, the psychopath acts impulsively, without
appraising the consequences of its behaviour.

Comment :Impulsive behaviour arises where the government acts simply
because there is nothing to stop it acting as it washes, as the ultimate
elected authority it believes that constraints are unnecessary and
irrelevant It is the fulfilment of childhood fantasy, to be given the
keys of the toyshop.

4. Irritability and aggressiveness as indicated in repeated
physical fights or assaults

Comment: This is characteristic of psychopaths who pursue a career in
crime. There is aggression and fighting in the world of governmental
psychopath but this is acted out in the court to save or expand one's
own turf and to supply an air of judicial legitimacy.

5. Reckless disregard for safety of self or others consistent
with irresponsibility as indicated by repeated failure to sustain
consistent work behaviour or honour financial obligations

Comment: Once greed takes over honesty goes out the window. Accounting
becomes a cover-up. Self interest and nepotism enriches the government
at the expense of the electorate. When a corrupt government fails, all
the people pay.

6 Lack of remorse as indicated by being indifferent to or
rationalizing having hurt, mistreated or stolen from another.

Comment: A lack of genuine remorse is another basic feature of
psychopathy. The government as an entity cannot feel remorse but the
people who run it can, at least to some limited extent, in their
personal lives and on rare occasions when the law catches up with them
and confronts them with the tragic and criminal consequences of their
actions.

It is not necessary for an entity to fulfil all the criteria to be
categorised as psychopathic, the African psyche is a strange world,
dangerous and extremely unpredictable. Apply these criteria to such
individuals as the mugabe, his henchmen, and to the government of South
Africa, whose members would satisfy most of these criteria. Logic
dictates that a government composed of psychopaths must display
psychopathic behaviour.

This inevitably begs the question…Can this condition be rectified ?
Yes, if termination with extreme prejudice is an available option. .

The following artfully describes the Azanian contribution to mathematics and business management.

Three contractors - one from Soweto, another from Pretoria,
and the third from Benoni - are bidding to fix a broken fence at
the Union Buildings in Pretoria.

They go with a Union Buildings official to examine the fence.

The Pretoria contractor takes out a tape measure, does some
measuring, and then works some figures with a pencil.
"Well," he says, "I figure the job will run about R900: R400
for materials, R400 for my crew, and R100 profit for me."

The Benoni contractor also does some measuring and figuring,
then says, "I can do this job for R700: R300 for materials,
R300 for my crew, and R100 profit for me."

The Soweto contractor doesn't measure or figure, but leans
over to the Union Buildings brother and whispers, "R2,700."

The official, incredulous, says, "You didn't even measure like
the other guys! How did you come up with such a high figure?"

The Soweto contractor whispers back, "R1000 for me, R1000 for
you, and we hire the guy from Benoni to fix the fence."

"Done!" replies the government official.

And that, folks, is how it all works in S.A. these days!

The Tale of the Grasshopper and the Ant

The ant works hard in the withering heat all summer long, building his house and laying up supplies for the winter. The grasshopper thinks he's a fool and laughs and dances and plays the summer away.

Come winter, the shivering grasshopper calls a press conference and demands to know why the ant should be allowed to be warm and well fed while others are cold and starving.

The Media show up to provide pictures of the shivering grasshopper next to a video of the ant in his comfortable home with a table filled with food.

The world is stunned by the sharp contrast. How can this be, that in a country of such wealth, this poor grasshopper is allowed to suffer so? The ANC stages a demonstration in front of the ant's house where the news stations film the group singing "We shall overcome" and "mshimi wami" . The ANC then has the group kneel down to pray to God for the grasshopper's sake.

The liberals proclaim that the ant has gotten rich off the back of the grasshopper, and call for an immediate tax hike on the ant to make him pay his "fair share."

Finally, the ANC drafts the "Black Economic Equity and Anti-Grasshopper Act" retroactive to the beginning of the summer. The ant is fined for failing to hire a proportionate number of green bugs -- and, having nothing left to pay his retroactive taxes -- his home is confiscated by the government.

The story ends as we see the grasshopper finishing up the last bits of the ant's food while the government house he is in (which just happens to be the ant's old house) crumbles around him because he doesn't maintain it.

The ant has disappeared in the snow. The grasshopper is found dead in a drug related incident and the house, now abandoned, is taken over by a gang of spiders who terrorize the once peaceful neighborhood.

We are sorry that our ancestors were intelligent, advanced and daring
enough to explore the wild oceans to discover new countries and
to conquer and develop these.

We are sorry that those who came before us took you out of the bush and
taught you that there was more to life than beating drums and
chasing animals with sticks and stones.

We are sorry that they planned, funded and developed roads, towns,
mines, factories, airports, all of which you now claim to be your
long deprived inheritance so you have full right to change and rename
these at your discretion.

We are sorry that our parents taught us the value of small but strong
families, to not breed like rabbits and end up as underfed,
illiterate shack dwellers living in poverty.

We are sorry that when they provided you with schools, you decided they
looked better without windows or in piles of ashes. We
happily gave up those bad days of getting spanked in our all white
schools for doing something wrong, and much prefer these days of freedom
where problems can be resolved with knives and guns.

We are sorry that it is hard to shake off the bitterness of the past
when you keep on raping, torturing and killing our friends and
family members, and then hide behind the fence of "human rights" with
smiles on your faces.

We are sorry that we do not trust the government. We have no reason to
be so suspicious and short sighted seeing that there has never
been a case where any of these poor hard working intellectuals were
involved in any form of corruption or irregularities.

We are sorry that we do not trust the police force and although they
have openly admitted that they have lost the war against crime and
criminals, we should not be so negative and just keep on hoping for the
best.

We are sorry that we basically flung open our border posts, and now left
you competing for jobs against illegal immigrants from our
beautiful neighboring countries. All these countries that have grown so
strong after kicking out the "settlers", you should follow their
excellent example and grow big and strong like them!

We are sorry that we don't believe in witchcraft, beetroot and garlic,
urinating on street corners or trading woman for cattle, maybe
we just grew up differently. So sorry that when we are forced into
sharing the same establishments, sometimes we lose our temper, that is
totally uncalled for.

We are sorry that your medical care, water supplies, roads, and your
electrical supplies are going down the toilet because skilled
people who could have planned and resolved these issues had to be shown
away because they were of the wrong ethnic background and now have to
work in foreign countries where their skills are needed more.

We are so sorry and should really try harder to be more tolerant and
learn to get along with EVERYBODY around us, one big happy family.

54 Acres of peace

Holland Park is the largest park in London’s wealthiest borough, Kensington and Chelsea. It’s not huge, 54 acres, but has a very rustic, woodland feel that makes it seem a lot bigger than it is when you’re walking around it. All the trees and thick foliage help cut out of traffic noise and disguise you’re in a busy part of west London.
It’s bordered on its east by Kensington Palace (Princess Di’s old pad), trendy Notting Hill on the north and Kensington High Street on the south and all over this area are four and five storey Victorian townhouses that provide a great location for sections of London’s weathly to live. If I had the money I’d love to buy a place around here.You can tell the park attracts a different type person because the dogs even have their own designated pooping area. Whether a dog thinks to itself ‘I hope she hurry’s up and gets to the dog toilet area quick, I’m dying for a shit’ when its being walking around the other end of the park I don’t know, but its a nice idea.
One thing that struck me walking around there the other day was the number of Russian voices I heard, it seemed like every other person was speaking it, they definitely are the new money in Britain at the moment.
There are a lot of different areas to Holland Park, on the north side its mainly woodland with a number of paths and tracks to walk down. These are mainly stony, uneven paths which with all the autumn leaves and moisture on them can be a bit slippery, so be careful if you go for a jog.There’s a pond called Lord Holland’s Pond in this northern part with a statue of a seated Lord Holland in the middle. A lot of wildlife are attracted here, foxes, a couple of types of bat, over 30 species of bird and there are even some great looking blue, green and yellow coloured peacocks running around. The squirrel’s here are very tame and almost run up your leg looking for something to eat.
Holland Park has a Japanese garden called the Kyoto Garden, that was built by the Kyoto Chamber of Commerce to signify friendship between Japan and the UK and was opened by Prince Charles in 1991. The centre piece is a waterfall and pond but the water at the moment looks like it could use a good clean, there’s a thin grey film all over the surface which can’t be good for the fish in there.
The old Holland House in the centre of the park is not what it was a 100 years ago and is used as a youth hostel. Around the house are large formal garden’s with low clipped box hedges and plenty of park benches that provide lots of quiet places to sit. Next to here are a restaurant and outdoor cafe, the house’s old orangery (a type of greenhouse) being converted, there’s also an ecology centre.Holland Park is known for its summer outdoor theatre and opera performances in the grounds of the old house. There’s a busy and varied programme of shows from early June to the middle of August. They do erect a large canopy to cover the stage and auditorium.
The southern section of the park is more open with tennis courts and a large cricket/sports pitch. There’s also a good size children’s play area but that’s more towards the eastern side.Holland Park’s a nice, peaceful place to come for a walk or a quiet sit down, maybe if you need a break from all the shopping on Kensington High Street. The entrance there is right next to the Commonwealth Institute building, which looks like its in disrepair and no longer in use.

Holland Park is a London Underground station. On the Central Line, it lies between Shepherd's Bush and Notting Hill Gate stations, in Travelcard Zone 2.

History
The original building was typical of those designed by Harry Bell Measures for the stations of the Central London Railway that opened on 30 July 1900.

The building was refurbished in the 1990s. Its one of the deepest stations and it still smells of piss on a monday morning!

The tube station is named after Holland Park, a park in west London, although the term also refers to the residential area to the north of the park. More about that later.

I hope to share some of my experiences living here and post the odd photo to show just where I live and how.
